Surrounding yourself with crystal energy, helps to raise your vibration. Our energy vibrates at different levels, it looks more like a heartbeat, where crystals vibrate at a constant level.
Crystals clear unwanted energy like stress, they dissolve blocked energy like pain and tension, they increase the flow of energy and vitality through the body and infuse or increase a type of energy like calm, optimism or love.
When you are working on a specific area in you life, like kindness, compassion, courage etc, select the crystals that align with this. For example, if you are working on opening your heart to give and receive love, self love and compassion, work with rose quartz (for love in all forms) and black tourmaline (for courage and safety).
How to use crystals:
You can keep crystals on you, in your pocket or worn as jewellery. Place them in bowls around your house, office or even in your car. You can put them under your pillow or next to your bed. Pop them in your bath to infuse the crystal energy into the water, even in your drinking water (ensure they are crystals that can be placed in water). Place crystals in your hand when you meditate, journal or relax. I enjoy making crystal bowls, where the crystals are placed on deep clearing salts which cleanse the crystals and the energy in the room. I also add Archangel oils to the salts which smell beautiful and enhance the cleaning of the room and my aura. It’s beautiful to have collector special pieces but just as effective to have loose pieces.
Using a crystal grid ~ the power of a crystal grid comes from the combination of energies created between the crystals and the sacred geometry patten on the grid. The combination of the power of crystals in a geometric pattern greatly strengthens the focused intention that you set. Whatever your goals may be, you can create a powerful combination of crystals on the grid, to hold your intention and manifest it.
