Kathy wrote Avoiding Burnout from her personal experience of a burnout that changed her life. She transformed almost every aspect of her life, examining everything that was not working and could be contributing towards stress. She now lives a life of joy, guiding others towards their best possible life. She is a speaker and offers workshops in addition to writing. Kathy lives in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband and two daughters.
